Gold Care

Solid gold is durable but can scratch over time. Keep it away from chemicals, lotions, cleaning products, and chlorine, which can cause oxidation and brittleness. Always remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or manual tasks, including household chores. Store pieces in a soft-lined box, separated from other jewellery, especially diamonds. The rhodium plating on white gold wears away over time; minimise polishing to slow this process. Check regularly for damage and service annually, including rhodium plating when the warmer metal begins to show.

Platinum

Platinum is a dense, durable metal but can develop a natural patina over time. Keep platinum away from chemicals, lotions, cleaning products, and chlorine, which can cause oxidation and scratching.  Always remove platinum jewellery before exercising, or doing manual tasks, including household chores. While resilient, platinum can scratch more easily than gold, so store it separately to avoid abrasion, including from diamonds.

Diamonds

Diamonds are the hardest natural material, but are not indestructible. They can still chip or break if struck with force, particularly on edges or points. Protect your diamonds from knocks by being mindful of how you wear your rings or other pieces. Store jewellery individually in its original packaging to avoid contact and scratching with other diamonds.

Gemstones

Gemstones, including sapphires, are durable but still require care. Pearls especially are delicate and require particularly special care. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, lotions, and cleaning products. Remove pearl and gemstone jewellery before swimming, exercising, or doing household chores to prevent scratches. Clean only with a soft cloth, or gentle soap and water. Most gemstones and all pearls are unsuitable for an ultrasonic cleaner.

Chains

Store in a soft-lined box, separated from other jewellery to minimise tangling and avoid bends, dents, or kinks. Clean with a soft cloth and regularly check for damage. Note that white gold chains may require regular rhodium plating.

Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver Bianca Chiara products as swiftly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

• Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Each custom jewelry piece takes approximately 3-4 business weeks to create. Once manufacturing is complete, we will seek your confirmation before shipping.
• Shipping and Delivery: After shipping, orders typically arrive within 5 to 9 business days. Please be aware that Bianca Chiara is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen conditions. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer changes the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, the customer will be responsible for any resulting delivery delays.
• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery to your address. Note that the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.
• Product Changes: If the customer wishes to make any changes to the product before shipment, the manufacturing time will restart from day one.
• Delivery Assurance:  While we offer guaranteed delivery and prioritize creating your ring on an urgent basis, please note that any delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our control and we are are not responsible for this situation. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Return & Refund Policy

At Bianca Chiara, every piece is made to order with care and attention to detail.
We understand that choosing fine jewelry is a meaningful decision, especially when you're shopping online.
Our goal is to make your experience clear, comfortable, and worry-free from the moment you place your order.
That's why we've created straightforward return, exchange, cancellation, and resizing guidelines.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, production may have started and a 20% cancellation fee may apply.

30-Day Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, the jewelry must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Free from damage or alterations
• Returned with original packaging and tags
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Made-to-Order Restocking Fees

Because each piece is made specifically to your selected size, diamond, metal, and design:

• Moissanite Jewelry: 20% restocking fee
• Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry: 30% restocking fee

These fees cover the cost of inspecting, cleaning, restoring, and preparing the piece for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Made-to-order eternity bands
• Jewelry that has been altered or physically damaged after delivery

Exchanges

Eligible rings can be exchanged once within 30 days of delivery.

A 20% exchange fee applies. The remaining value will be applied toward your replacement piece.

Any difference in the price of the new piece will be charged or credited as applicable. Pricing may vary based on current diamond and precious-metal prices.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your jewelry when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@biancachiara.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll review the issue and help make it right.

Resizing

Eligible rings can generally be resized by up to one full ring size.

Some designs, including full eternity bands, cannot be resized. In these cases, we may recommend an exchange or re-crafting in the correct size.

Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs. International customers are also responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes.

Repairs

For repair assistance, contact support@biancachiara.com.

Every piece is inspected when received, and we document the condition and required work.

Our typical repair timeframe is 2–3 weeks after receiving the jewelry.

Repairs covered under our warranty are handled according to our Lifetime Warranty terms.

Return Shipping

Please contact us before sending your jewelry back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Bianca Chiara is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable fees.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
