Production Time: Please allow 2–3 weeks for your jewelry to be crafted, followed by an estimated shipping time of 5–7 business days.

Custom & Personalized Orders: Custom-designed, customized, and engraved pieces may require additional production time.

Yes. All our diamonds are IGI lab certified and you will recieve soft copy within the first week of your order and hard copy with the order.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all our jewelry. Should your piece develop a defect related to manufacturing or craftsmanship, we will repair it at no charge for the lifetime of the piece.

Please note that shipping costs to and from our facility must be covered by the customer. This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or loss of the jewelry.

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Since all of our jewelry is custom made to order, a 20% restocking fee applies to moissanite jewelry, and a 30% restocking fee applies to lab-grown diamond jewelry.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original documentation and packaging. 

We offer one complimentary resize within one full size up or down from its original size. We do not recommend resizing more than two times as this can compromise the overall structural integrity of the ring. Full eternity bands and men’s pieces are unable to be resized. 

Once, we dispatch your jewelry from our manufacturing unit after that we will update you with the tracking information so you can track your package.
